HOW TO ORDER?
- First, pick your size, color, and style of the shirt that you want to order
- Then click on BUY IT NOW! button.
- You will be redirected to Cart Page to review them items in your cart. Please take some time to make sure that the items were correctly selected at this step.
- Click on CHECKOUT button. At this step, carefully input us your shipping address (Apt #,Unit #,...) and email address in order to prevent any further issues. Then, Input your payment information and click on COMPLETE ORDER to finish placing the order.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Our average shipping time is between 1- 3 weeks for U.S orders.
Our T-shirts are printed on demand in the U.S. It will takes 3 - 5 business days to print and ship it, so please allow 1 - 2 weeks for the shirts to be delivered.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking numbers.
Tracking numbers will not be available for GIVEAWAY products.
We are currently do not offer international shipping.
I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
WHY DOES MY SHIRT SMELL LIKE VINEGAR?
Unfortunately that is part of the printing process, it is easily removed after the first wash, but that fixation agent is necessary to make sure the print on the shirt lasts forever.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?
Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at support@bikershirt.myshopify.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
